Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order at checkout. 

From the time your order is placed, it takes 1-3 days to prepare and pack your order before it can be shipped. Currently I only ship to countries in the EU via DHL

 

Breakage

Although ceramics are durable, sometimes they may break during transportation. For that reason, I take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Please check your package immediately upon delivery for possible breakage. If your purchase arrives broken please photograph the item(s) and email me at nikoceramicstudio@gmail.com. You will be refunded the full value of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, within 3 working days.
