Returns

I really hope that you are happy with any piece that you purchase from me. However, if you are not, please contact me at nikoceramicstudio@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order with your request. Returning items must be packed well and in their original packaging to avoid any damages during shipping. I am afraid I am not able to cover any return costs, therefore any refund given will have the original freight costs deducted. The return parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches my studio, so please obtain proof of return shipping. Refunds will be issued once I have received and inspected returned items.
